There is a reason the location of the ‘Hills’ are split evenly between the Barossa Valley, Eden Valley, McLaren Vale & Adelaide - because it has the best of all worlds combined. Referred to some as the unrivaled region of 'Burgundy’ in France, the Adelaide Hills is spoiled for excellent wine, breweries, distilleries, chocolate makers, cheese producers, cherry and olive growers….the list goes on. It is the terroir, or soil, and its temperate environment that have local growers excited about what the future holds in the region for many years to come.
