The kitchen and dining space is an entertainers dream and perfect for catering for larger groups and corporate events. Fitted with Smeg appliances, utensils and crockery to cook for your loved ones or colleagues, this space flows directly out to a fenced pool, BBQ facilities, outdoor lounge setting and an undercover area capable of seating over 20 of your closest family and friends.

The spacious indoor living area includes an 8 person dining table, Billiards table, board games, slow combustion fire place and modern lounge furnishes. Adjacent to the living space is a separate media room that has access to Netflix & PS4 - ideal for kids, a movie night or an evening inside on those cool nights in the Adelaide Hills.

Upstairs is a 45m² outdoor deck, purposely designed as an open space for early morning yoga, wellness retreat, a long lunch or canapes and drinks while you watch the sunset from the best view on the property.

Bedrooms & bathrooms

The two-storey farmhouse has 4 purpose built bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The downstairs media room, can be turned into an additional bedroom if required.

Laundry

For longer term stays or those planning on being active throughout the Adelaide Hills, the house has a fully equipped laundry room including a dryer and ironing facilities. It is located on the bottom floor next to the kitchen and downstairs bathroom.
